Delivery
Yes we do, if you are interested, please fill out a from on our installation service page.
Please contact us or email us on support@bisleydealer.com if you have any issues with a delivery or if any items have been damaged.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us.
When logged into your account, you can view the progress of your order under your orders.
Orders processed through the portal typically have a lead time of 3-4 weeks, however, if you have ordered MFC items such as Align desking, please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery.
For large quantity orders, special requests, or orders placed during the holiday period, the lead time may vary. For more information, please feel free to contact us.
As a Dealer Portal user, you benefit from free of charge deliveries to you and your customers. If you require a delivery and installation cost, please contact us.
Ordering
If you would like to order items that are not on the Bisley Dealer Portal yet, you can access our latest Price List and once you know what you would like to order, please email support@bisleydealer.com with your queries.
Please contact us if you need to enquire about a special order.
When logged into your account, you can access all order information in your orders.
Yes, you can. When you are ready to checkout, there is a field to include any quote or order references before you pay.
You can click the image on the listing to access a product preview that includes product dimensions and details.
When logged into your account, you can pre-load delivery locations under the addresses tab.
Please contact us if you need an alternate colour option added for a particular product.
In the event that you need to order an item that is not yet active on the portal, please contact us.
Technical
When you first sign up to Bisley Dealer Portal, you will be offered an introductory training session. However, if you would prefer to get around the portal on your own, here are some useful instructions to help you get started.
When logged into your account, you can update your preferences under the main menu.
If you haven’t already applied for an account, you can sign up now and request your preferred terms. If you already have got a Bisley Dealer Portal account, please email support@bisleydealer.com.
If another user needs access to your account, please contact us and provide the user’s name and email address so that we can arrange this for you.
When you place an order, you will get an email from us with the details. Alternatively, when logged into your account, you can download your order confirmation from your orders.
If you have forgotten your password or would like to request a new one, please use the ‘Forgotten Password’ link when logging into your account. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset.
